Dez Bryant: 'I'll be ready'
Bryant has not practiced all week and had to leave the practice field Thursday after complaining of soreness in his ankle, which he injured less than two weeks into training camp.
"I will be ready," Bryant said after Friday's practice. "It was a little bit of a concern. It wasn't a big [deal because] we knew what the situation was and now, we know how to treat it and everything is fine."
Also, center Andre Gurode was listed as probable on the injury report and was limited in practice with a right knee injury. Gurode wouldn't say how he felt after practice but was wearing a brace and had a slight limp during some individual drills Friday.
Gurode underwent an MRI on Thursday that revealed he has degenerative wear and tear in the knee. It's not considered serious.
Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said both players will make the trip for Sunday's game at Minnesota and will be game-time decisions.
"It's nothing new," Phillips said of Gurode's knee. "He's had to deal with it throughout his entire career. He said he feels better and said all along he's going to play, but you never know."
Safety Alan Ball (shoulder), linebacker Bradie James (knee), defensive end Igor Olshansky (knee and hamstring) and tight end Martellus Bennett (ankle), who were limited Thursday, fully participated in practice Friday.
