IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys right tackle Marc Colombo and running back Felix Jones missed practice Wednesday with injuries.

Colombo was out with a back issue, and Jones has a sprained left ankle. Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said he expects both players to return to practice on Thursday.

Jason Hatcher (groin), Montrae Holland (groin), Bradie James (knee), Terence Newman (ribs), Akwasi Owusu-Ansah (ankle) and Tony Romo (collarbone) also missed practice, which was held at Cowboys Stadium.

Kyle Kosier returned to practice after missing the last two weeks with a right foot injury which consisted of a strained Achilles and a high-ankle sprain.

Phillips expects Kosier to play in Sunday's game at Green Bay.

"Looked like he was moving around fine and we look forward to having him for this ballgame," Phillips said.

As for Colombo, his back has given him trouble for some time.

"It's been on and off with him," Phillips said. "So the trainers and doctors and everybody thought it was a good day to do that with him, he should participate tomorrow, which is good."

Jones did some running but no cutting, which he might do Thursday.
