Dallas Stars coach Marc Crawford said he expects wingers Jere Lehtinen (neck) and Brenden Morrow (oblique) to play Wednesday against the Calgary Flames. The club is confident enough in that assessment that Ray Sawada was sent to the Texas Stars, Dallas' AHL affiliate.

Lehtinen and Morrow were injured Jan. 16 against the Detroit Red Wings and did not make the three-game road trip with the team.

Sawada, 24, was called up on Jan. 17 and played in four games. He had two shots and a plus-1 rating. The second-round pick in the 2004 draft has two goals and five assists in 30 games for the Texas Stars this season.
