OK, it's the holiday season. Just what, exactly, do you think I could do in this space, other than a Santa to the Stars post? So here's what I would put in the stockings of some top pros:

Roger Federer: A lifetime subscription to Men's Vogue.

Rafael Nadal: Preparation H to sooth those places that have itched him at odd times?

Novak Djokovic: A visit to that $800-a-pop New York barber -- whoops, stylist -- who has coiffed John Edwards and Roger Federer.

Andy Roddick: Tonya Harding's cell phone number.

Nikolay Davydenko: A consulting producer's role in the new HBO series, "The Sopranokovs."

David Nalbandian: Six-pack abs to replace the keg he was lugging around most of last year.

James Blake: A mean streak.

Tommy Haas: a Grand Slam title.

Marcos Baghdatis: A map leading him back to the Top 10.

Mirka: A free one-hour consultation with whatever lawyer represented skater Nancy Kerrigan.

Justine Henin: A "Justine Henin Career Highlights" DVD.

Serena Williams: A litter, for getting to and from the court.

Martina Hingis: A one-year moratorium on any mention of either Radek Stepanek or cocaine.

Jelena Jankovic: A week off.

Venus Williams: Maria Sharapova's dedication.

Maria Sharapova: Venus Williams's talent.

Lindsay Davenport: One more Grand Slam title.

Daniela Hantuchova: A super-sized Big Mac value meal.

That's all, folks, have a merry Christmas!
