A first round shocker in the Class 5A Division II bracket, as Abilene, the top ranked team in the entire field, was knocked off by a Mansfield team that finished in a three-way tie for second in its own district. Stepfan Taylor, a fine senior running back who's on his way to Stanford, led the charge for the Tigers, rushing 33 times for 195 yards and two TDs, including the game-winner from 14 yards out with just under four minutes remaining, reports The Dallas Morning-News.
