Wolverines looking forward
Michigan has firmed up an offer for a speedy, dual-threat quarterback from the Southeast. Cornelius Jones (Spartanburg, S.C./Spartanburg) was offered verbally during the fall and the Wolverines coaches recently stopped by the school and confirmed that the offer was on the table, according to Spartanburg head coach Freddie Brown. Duke head coach David Cutcliffe also personally reviewed Jones' film and extended an offer from the Blue Devils, according to Brown.
