Andres Galarraga was in the battle for his life last year after having been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Now a year later, Galarraga was greeted to a hero's welcome by an adoring Turner Field crowd in Atlanta during pregame introductions to Tuesday's All-Star Game. Derek Jeter, meanwhile, stole the show at the Midsummer Classic as he was named the game's MVP as the American League won its fourth straight All-Star Game , defeating the National League 6-3.
