There's an unforgettable New York moment in "Fire & Ice," the outstanding new HBO documentary about Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe, that reminds us, without ever explicitly saying so, of the strong parallels between Borg-McEnroe and the Roger Federer-Rafael Nadal rivalry that added another bookmark Sunday in the French Open final.
