Houston Texans DB Dunta Robinson was fined $25,000 for writing on his sneakers. The remark written involved a salary dispute with the team's front office.

Ex-Lions receiver Charles Rogers was arrested and charged with drunken driving.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West was arrested and accused of carrying several weapons.

Jorge Posada and Jesse Carlson was suspended for their roles in a bench-clearing brawl.

Stephen Jackson was fined $25,000 for statements detrimental to the NBA.
