Hey, remember the '90s? Magic fans sure do. Competing for a title on the back of a dominant Superman has turned Orlando fans all nostalgic. Even the $3.75 beer and $8 parking helps fans get jiggy down memory lane. Unfortunately, Amway Arena is still stuck in the time warp. "I used to go to Stay in School Jams back when I was in middle school here, and the arena is the same today," says Marie on Thirdquartercollapse.com. "The seats don't even have cup holders, the boards at the top don't give complete stats and the concourse isn't wide enough." Still, Orlando fans are dropping fewer dead presidents for phat on-court action than their Raptors and Pacers peers. "The Magic are Central Florida's only real hometown team, and they're something to be proud of," says gatormcd54. Word. The arena? Not so much. The completion of the $480 million Orlando Events Center for fall 2010 should transport fans into the 21st century, but is that really where they want to go? Only if it's to another Finals.
