Rule No. 17: Bring replay to soccer
Take it from American Maurice Edu, whose World Cup goal against Slovenia was disallowed after the ref called a foul that would surely have been reversed on review: "Replay would be beneficial because the referee is human and errors will be made," he says. It's good enough for, well, everyone else. Shouldn't it be good enough for soccer?
