Andres Iniesta kicks off list at No. 1

Updated: July 19, 2010, 11:58 PM ET

You score the winning goal for a team that has never won the World Cup, and you get the No. 1 spot on our Cross-Sport Power Rankings. Andres Iniesta's goal was enough to give Spain the 2010 World Cup title and the Netherlands a third World Cup final loss. Because of the stage -- and the importance of the shot -- Iniesta nets this week's top spot.

Rounding out the top 5 are Golden Ball winner Diego Forlan, irreplaceable Spanish goalie Iker Casillas, Golden Boot winner Thomas Mueller and Spanish striker David Villa.

Hmmm, is someone missing? Maybe a guy named LeBron? See where he fell on our list and make your voice heard in the comments and poll below.

Don't forget, you can visit the Cross-Sport Power Rankings page on Tuesdays to see the latest rankings each week.
