Louis Oosthuizen drives his way to No. 1

7/27/2010

Sometimes, selecting the most powerful athlete of the week can be a daunting task (see: the month of April). And sometimes, it can be a no-brainer. Week 13 definitely fell into the no-brainer category. With no World Cup, playoffs or "Decisions," our panel was almost unanimous on who should earn the No. 1 spot this week. His name is a tricky one, but it was the one to remember this week. Louis Oosthuizen, winner of the Open Championship (by 7 strokes!), drives his way to the top of our list.

Rounding out the top five are pitching sensation Adam Wainwright, controversial cyclist Alberto Contador, Triple Crown chaser Miguel Cabrera and Marlins ace Josh Johnson.
