Bill's right thumb is 140 percent larger than his left. He signed a piece of veal and met Obama's sidekick. His back aches, he slept in so many beds he last track of where he was and he appeared on HD with little to no sleep.

In other words, he loved every minute of the first part of his book tour. (Well, most of it anyway!)
