Have you ever wondered how your favorite college football or college basketball program went about hiring its coach? It's really not too complicated. The athletic director just referred to this handy flowchart. In fact, there's a good chance Maryland athletic director Kevin Anderson is just now putting this flowchart back into his desk drawer. It's probably how he went from dreaming of Sean Miller to hiring Mark Turgeon.
