In honor of the long holiday weekend, we're changing the usual "Hot" vs. "Not Hot" breakdown, in favor of a more appropriate "Thanks" or "No Thanks." As in: Thanks for LeBron, Michelle Wie and good, steroid-free health. Or "No Thanks" to, among other things: Notre Dame football mediocrity, overexposure of the ultra-rich and retro uniforms as skirts.

What an appropriate moment to note that it's always fashionable to take a minute to give thanks, notably for the fact that the sports world provides a revolving door of bandwagons and goats, to fans' neverending distraction.
