News item: After the NBA announced plans to crack down on post-whistle whining, issuing quick technical fouls and fines for players who curse, throw their hands up or make other gestures that show disgust with officials, Detroit Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace told reporters he takes the zero-tolerance policy personally.

"It's just another 'Sheed Wallace rule,'" Wallace told the Detroit News. "... You can't talk back to [officials] like they're your mom and dad ... I will come up with some way to tell them how I feel."
