Saro Getzoyan, a 27-year-old software developer from Lexington, MA won the $5,000 limit hold 'em World Championship Tuesday night. 2007 marks Getzoyan's third year at the WSOP, but his first cash is one he'll never forget.

Getzoyan would have to defeat a tough final table including former WSOP bracelet winner Thor Hansen, who had already cashed three times at this year's event. In addition to Hansen, William Thorsson (Finished 13th in last year's main event), and Thomas Koral (Six WSOP cashes), would make sure the final table wouldn't go down easy, especially for Getzoyan who would enter the final table sixth in chips.

Seven hours later, it was Getzoyan with the bracelet and the $333,379 first place prize.
