In addition to the $50,000 HORSE, the other event that the pros consider bigger than the $10,000 buy-in no-limit hold 'em event is the no-limit deuce to seven draw lowball. The $5,000 with rebuys event brought the biggest and best names of the game back to the tables and when it was all said and done, one of the all-time best remained.
Erik Seidel won the event on Thursday for his first bracelet victory in three years. He now has eight gold bracelets and is tied with Johnny Moss for fourth place all-time. With the win, he now has five cashes this year and 47 lifetime cashes putting him fifth on the list.
Runner-up was 2006 Bluff Player of the Year Chad Brown and in sixth place was the $50,000 HORSE champion, Freddy Deeb.
