As usual, a lot of strange stuff is happening in the world of sports -- and in the real world, for that matter. So, Page 2 is here once again to try to make sense of all the weirdness with another edition of "What the Heck Are They Thinking?"
We've tried to figure out what some prominent folks might be thinking -- if anything -- and the best we could do was come up with multiple possibilities, all equally plausible. So, as always, we are asking for your help. Check out the options for each questionable act or quote, and vote in the poll to move on to yet another strange story.

What the heck were the Dixie Chicks thinking when they posed nude on the cover of Entertainment Weekly magazine to address the controversy of their anti-Bush comments?
A. "If you don't understand the connection, we're not going to explain it to you."
B. "So you think white conservative males are turned off by our views? Check out this view."
C. "Where were all the freedom-of-speech oppressors when Jewel published that volume of poetry?"
D. "We're a little bit country, a little bit rock 'n roll, and a little bit chilly. Can we get some pasties over here?"
E. "Make guys horny, not war."
F. "Now our President will be ashamed that we're from Texas, so the whole thing is a wash."
