Zakk Wylde's Doom Crew Inc. and Vinnie Paul's The Brickwall, the two remaining unbeaten teams of the Alice In Chains & Friends Charity Fantasy Football League, square off in Week 4 for first place and bragging rights.

While Paul and Wylde traded barbs about their fight for the top spot, most of the conversation on the league's message board centered on ESPN's Matthew Berry's Team Berry, which is still winless. Here are excerpts taken in the past two weeks:

"About the only thing that gives me any bit of a smile this week is that last-minute whooping the Giants put on the Cowboys, and of course … the ringer goes down again. Nice work, fellas. Keep it up. This one goes out to you, Matthew. Sing it all week long, Gregory."

"I'm singin' at the top of my lungs, Matt!
Wow, I don't even know how this works, YET I'm still kickin' the crap out of the expert.
GOOD TIMES!"

"Whoop it up now, boys. Even the Royals were in first place for a bit at the start."

And who gets to face the Talented Mr. Roto this week? None other than league ringleader Jerry Cantrell and his JC Aroma of Tacoma.

"Wow!!!! I'm sure I've racked up plenty of bad karma pointing out the shortcomings of our very own ringer … but I can't help myself. It's my turn this week, fellas. I'll see if I can keep the streak alive. This is your chance to redeem yourself, Matthew. … Bring it!"

Each participant in the Alice In Chains & Friends Charity Fantasy Football League will put up one valuable item for auction by the end of the season. The league champion will designate which charity receives the auction's proceeds. More details on the auction will be announced in the coming weeks.
