After a wild finish to the regular season, playoff matchups are set in the Alice in Chains & Friends Fantasy Football Charity League.

Regular-season champion Kenny Wayne Shepherd's KWS Domination faces fourth-ranked Vinnie Paul's Team The Brickwall and second-place Matt Willig's Calabasas Clueless takes on No. 3 Zakk Wylde's Zakk Wylde Doom Crew Inc. in the two semifinal games. This week's points will count for the first half of this round, with next week being the second half.

Paul's fourth-place finish is most impressive after seemingly having the longest shot at a final-four spot among the four 6-6 teams last week. Despite being the lowest-scoring team among those four teams, in case a tiebreaker was needed, Team The Brickwall pulled ahead with a victory over Zakk Wylde Doom Crew Inc., while Jerry Cantrell's JC Aroma of Tacoma, Scott Ian's Scott Ian Mean Machine and Duff McKagan's Team McKagan D all lost.

In the consolation round, sixth-ranked JC Aroma of Tacoma plays No. 5 Scott Ian Mean Machine, eighth-seeded Team Berry faces No. 7 Team McKagan D and last-place Team 9 takes on No. 9 M.I. Evil? Yes I Am.

Each participant in the Alice in Chains & Friends Fantasy Football Charity League will put up one valuable item for auction by the end of the season. The league champion will designate which charity receives the auction's proceeds.

Weekly updates on the Alice in Chains & Friends Fantasy Football Charity League, trash talk and interviews with the owners will be published on ESPN.com's The Life section throughout the season. Members of the league also will drop by SportsNation for occasional chats.
