SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas has pleaded innocent to misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon and driving without a license.
Arenas, who played last season with Golden State, was stopped by South San Francisco police on June 4. He allegedly did not have his license with him and was carrying a handgun. He pleaded innocent Tuesday to all charges.
A pretrial conference is scheduled for Sept. 9, and a jury trial is planned for Oct. 14.
