Keita leaves Tulsa
TULSA, Okla. -- Reserve center Aliou Keita has left the Golden Hurricane, the university announced Monday.
Keita plans to return to Iowa, coach John Phillips said in a statement. Keita played high school basketball in Regina, Iowa, as an exchange student from Senegal.
Spokesman Don Tomkalski said he did not know whether Keita plans on transferring to another school.
Keita played in eight games last year as a freshman, scoring five points and averaging 1.4 rebounds per game.
