St. Francis, Pa. 33, La Salle 27

PHILADELPHIA -- Michael Hall rushed for 248 yards and two touchdowns to lead St. Francis, Pa., to a 33-27 win over La Salle on Saturday.

Hall, who carried 47 times, gave St. Francis (1-4) a 27-14 lead with seven minutes left in the fourth quarter on a 1-yard run. His 5-yard TD run with 3:46 left gave St. Francis a 33-14 advantage and allowed the winners to withstand a late La Salle rally.

Ed Marynowitz went 17-for-35 for 339 yards and three touchdowns for La Salle (1-4). John Zabel was his favorite target, catching eight passes for 184 yards and three touchdowns.

Anthony Doria went 12-for-22 for 153 yards and three TDs for St. Francis. Marcus Haines paced the St. Francis defense with two interceptions.
