Trinity, Texas 42, Rose-Hulman 14

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Dan Desplaines passed for 232 yards and two touchdowns and ran for a third TD on Saturday as Trinity, Texas, beat Rose-Hulman 42-14.
Trinity (4-1, 2-0 Southern Collegiate) took a 21-0 lead before the first of two TD pass receptions by Matt Horne for the Engineers (3-2, 1-1).
Desplaines, who scored the first touchdown on a 1-yard run in the first quarter, added TD passes of 7 and 3 yards to Jason Mandivil. Ray Valencia also rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns, and Austin Kremers scored on a 22-yard pass from Jacob Cannon off a fake field goal.
