WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. -- Miles Austin had six receptions for 101 yards and three touchdowns in Monmouth's rout 24-0 of Wagner on Saturday.
The Hawks (6-0) generated 326 yards of total offense and held the Seahawks (3-3) to minus-3 yards rushing to continue their undefeated season.
Brian Boland, who had nine completions on 13 attempts, connected with Austin on touchdown passes of 15 and 18 yards in the first quarter to give Monmouth a 14-0 lead.
Wagner's defense held Monmouth scoreless for more than 30 minutes of play before Steve Andriola added a 20-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter.
Monmouth capped off the scoring when Brendan Kennedy hit Austin with a 16-yard touchdown pass with 5:51 to play.
The Hawks averaged almost 5 yards per play on offense, led by Bobby Smith, who carried 18 times for 104 yards.
Wagner quarterback David Bateman was 14-for-29 for 144 yards but was sacked five times.
