Linebacker leaves with dislocated elbow

ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Rams linebacker Tommy Polley left Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers with a dislocated left elbow.
Polley was injured in the second quarter. The Rams moved middle linebacker Robert Thomas to Polley's outside spot and backup Jamie Duncan moved into the middle.
Duncan started last week while Thomas was recovering from a groin injury.
Polley recovered a fumble on a punt in the first quarter.
