CHARLESTON, Ill. -- Freshman Vincent Webb ran for 206 yards and scored two touchdowns to lead Eastern Illinois to a 29-12 win Saturday over Tennessee-Martin.
Eastern (3-5, 2-2 in the Ohio Valley Conference) won its second straight. Webb, starting for injured Andre Raymond, carried 30 times and had a 1-yard scoring run to wrap up the victory with 1:18 left.
He caught a 67-yard TD pass from Andrew Harris in the third quarter to give the Panthers a 23-3 lead. Eastern had 493 yards total offense, a season high.
Brady Wahlberg completed 20-of-33 for 210 yards and a TD for Tennessee-Martin (2-7, 1-4), which finished with 337 yards total offense.
