OMAHA, Neb. -- Justin Kammrad rushed for 205 yards and a 59-yard fourth-quarter score Saturday as Nebraska-Omaha rallied to win 39-36 over St. Cloud State.

Kammrad recorded his eighth straight 100-yard game and his second straight 200-yard effort as he pushed his total for the season to 1,357. That's just shy of the school record of 1,381 yards set by Adam Wright in 2000.

Nebraska-Omaha's Brian Masek threw for 213 yards and three touchdowns as the Mavericks (7-2, 4-1 NCC), ranked No. 17 in NCAA Division II, came back to defeat the No. 18 Huskies after trailing 21-19 at the half.

Keith Heckendorf led St. Cloud State in the seesaw battle with 345 yards passing and four touchdowns.

It took Nebraska-Omaha midway through the third quarter to take the lead 27-21 on a 3-yard scoring run from Kammrad. St. Cloud State promptly regained the lead 28-27 with a 3-yard scoring run from Josh Williams.

Nebraska-Omaha pulled ahead for good in the fourth quarter with Masek hitting Thadd Recek on a 3-yard scoring pass and Kammrad's score, making it 39-28.

Heckendorf closed out the scoring with a 16-yard strike to Ryan Koch, but it wasn't enough for the Huskies (6-3, 3-2).

Masek injured his right knee late in the game and will undergo further testing.
