BILLINGS -- Travis Kirby passed for 348 yards and three touchdowns Saturday to lead Montana-Western to a 41-16 victory over Rocky Mountain College.
The Bulldogs (5-4 overall, 4-2 Frontier), who have beaten Rocky four straight times, led 28-6 at halftime.
Rocky quarterback Adam Sanchez passed for 256 yards, but the Bears (2-6, 2-4) had to settle for field goals of 21, 42 and 42 yards by Jeremy Duprey. Rocky's only touchdown came early in the fourth quarter on a 21 yard pass from Sanchez to Cory Albin, who caught six passes for 64 yards and had 177 yards in kickoff returns.
Western also added points with a 2-yard TD run by Shrum, field goals of 19 and 41 yards by Eric Zahler and an 86-yard interception return for a touchdown by Chad Adviento.
