Wyoming 97, EA All-Stars 87

LARAMIE, Wyo. -- Jay Straight scored 18 points to lead Wyoming over the EA Sports Midwest All-Stars 97-87 on Saturday.

It was the Cowboys' first exhibition game of the fall.

The Cowboys led 50-37 at the half, but were outscored 50-47 in the second half. And EA Sports outshot the Cowboys 47 percent to 46 percent.

Robert O'Kelly dominated EA Sports with 27 points. Mike Brownlee scored 11 and Lucas Johnson and Cory Largent 10 apiece.

After Straight, Mory Correa contributed 16 points and 10 rebounds for Wyoming. Alex Dunn had 14 points and 12 rebounds, followed by Dion Sherrell and David Adams with 13 points each.
