Lions' Bly, Porcher inactive

DETROIT -- Lions cornerback Dre' Bly and defensive end Robert Porcher were inactive for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders because of injuries.

Bly, who has four interceptions this season, hurt his left hamstring during practice Thursday. Porcher has a hip injury.

Because cornerbacks Rod Babers (shoulder) and Jimmy Wyrick (chest) also were inactive, Doug Evans started in Bly's place and Jacoby Shepherd was active. Evans signed with the Lions on Friday and Shepherd joined the team Wednesday.

Detroit put offensive tackle Victor Rogers on injured reserve with a back injury.
