India to play one-day series and two tests in Bangladesh

DHAKA, Nov 12 - India will play in a tri-nation tournament and a two-test series against Bangladesh in January, the Bangladesh Cricket Board said on Thursday.

Sri Lanka are the other team in the tri-nation tournament, which will begin on Jan. 4.

The teams will face each others twice before the final on Jan. 13.

The two tests against Bangladesh will be held in Chittagong and Dhaka from Jan. 17-21 and Jan. 24-28, respectively.

Tri-nation schedule

Jan. 4: Bangladesh v Sri Lanka (day/night) at Dhaka

Jan. 5: India v Sri Lanka (day/night) at Dhaka

Jan. 7: Bangladesh v India (day/night) at Dhaka

Jan. 8: Bangladesh v Sri Lanka (day/night) at Dhaka

Jan. 10: Sri Lanka v India (day/night) at Dhaka

Jan 11: Bangladesh v India (day/night) at Dhaka

Jan 13: Final (day/night) at Dhaka
