PHOENIX -- Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki left Sunday's game against Arizona with a strained left shoulder after an awkward slide home.

Tulowitzki will be re-evaluated on Monday. He was listed as day to day.

Tulowitzki tried to score in the first inning on a single by Michael Cuddyer. Tulowitzki slid into the plate and was easily tagged out by Miguel Montero.

The two-time All-Star remained in the game for two more innings and had three assists. He gave way to Jonathan Herrera in the bottom of the third.

Tulowitzki leads the Rockies with 22 RBIs.
