WASHINGTON -- Georgetown forward Otto Porter, a preseason honorable mention All-American, left the Hoyas' season opener against Duquesne on Sunday after suffering an apparent eye injury in the first half.

Porter, who held his hand to his face as he walked off, didn't return to the floor or bench as the second half began.

Porter averaged 9.7 points and a team-best 6.8 rebounds per game last season.
