NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma fullback Dane Zaslaw has been arrested on two misdemeanor charges after an incident at a Norman club.
Zaslaw, 21, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Friday and booked into the Cleveland County jail on counts of public intoxication and disturbing the peace, police Lt. Leonard Judy said.
Police arrested two other men outside the club and reported witnessing Zaslaw in the doorway to the club "punching his fists in the air as if challenging others to fight," Judy said.
Zaslaw, a sophomore, played in five games last year as the backup to starter J.D. Runnels and is a candidate to replace Runnels next season. He does not have a carry or a reception in his college career.
No court date has been set for Zaslaw.
