Alabama A&M beats Ark.-Pine Bluff 31-14

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- Anthony Green scored two touchdowns to lead Alabama A&M to a 31-14 win over Ark.-Pine Bluff Thursday night.

The Bulldogs (6-1, 4-1 Southwestern Athletic Conference) were up 12-7 going into the half. They scored 16 points in the third quarter -- including Green's second touchdown with 48 seconds to left in the period -- to widen their lead to 28-7.

The Golden Lions (6-1, 4-1 SWAC) led 7-6 at the end of the first quarter and scored a second touchdown in the fourth quarter, but weren't able to take the lead again.

Mickey Dean rushed for 121 of Ark.-Pine Bluff's 124 total yards.
