ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills' running backs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller are both active for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.
Jackson returns after missing the past two games because of a knee injury sustained in Buffalo's season-opening loss to the New York Jets.
Spiller is dressed after missing most of last week's win at Cleveland because of a shoulder injury.
The Patriots are without OL Logan Mankins, who is nursing a hip injury, WR Julian Edelman (hand), and TE Aaron Hernandez (ankle). Tight End Rob Gronkowski (hip) is active after being listed as questionable.
