??AP Pro32 comments about Rams??
NEW YORK -- Comments on the St. Louis Rams by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
ST. LOUIS RAMS (17)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 17) -- Knocked off 4-0 Arizona; nice division!
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 15) -- Sure hasn't taken Jeff Fisher long to make this team relevant again.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 18)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 18) -- Nice divisional wins over Seattle and Arizona ... Can they keep it going this week in Miami? I'd be surprised.
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 19) -- Going over .500 never felt so good, especially if your team hasn't been there in six years. Nice work, Jeff Fisher.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 14) -- Who'd have guessed the Rams would have a better record after five games than Denver, Green Bay and New Orleans? Jeff Fisher has the Rams playing some D.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 17) -- You gotta love what Jeff Fisher is doing, but it's what Danny Amendola is doing -- namely, nothing after suffering a dislocated clavicle -- that's going to affect this team more.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 15) -- An aggressive secondary is benefiting from a relentless pass rush.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 18) -- Jeff Fisher is already a coach of the year candidate with the Rams three wins. Their pass rush is impressive.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 18) -- Back to back division W's against the Seahawks and Cardinals. Impressive, very impressive. The loss of Danny Amendola will hurt.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 11) -- The Rams are finally above .500 for the first time since 2006. The next step toward respectability is staying there after playing Sunday at Miami.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 15) -- The Rams over .500? That's enough to make a front office guy faint.
