NEW YORK -- Comments on the Miami Dolphins by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

---

MIAMI DOLPHINS (20)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 24) -- A big step backwards.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 24) -- With Reggie Bush struggling, the offense is struggling as well.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 20)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 18) -- No idea what happened last week against the Titans ... a real stinker!

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 21) -- Ryan Tannehill looks like a rookie with three picks at home against Tennessee.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 22) -- The Dolphins are the only team in the AFC that has scored more touchdowns on the ground (11) than through the air (six).

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 21) -- When they talk about rookies hitting the wall, they're talking about what just happened to Ryan Tannehill.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 22) -- That debacle against the Titans was both surprising and unacceptable.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 20) -- There was no excuse for their poor performance in a home loss to the Titans. Rookie QB Ryan Tannehill is going to have days like that, but the running backs and defense have to pick up the slack.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 17) -- Oops. Back to reality for QB Ryan Tannehill and the Dolphins. Four turnovers will do that to you.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 18) -- Based solely upon how badly Tennessee was beaten the previous week by Chicago, it was the Dolphins who should have won, 37-3, and not the other way around. Miami instead played its worst game to date under rookie head coach Joe Philbin.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 19) -- Dolphins scored 3 points against the Titans. Some opponents have put up more than that against Tennessee before the last note of the national anthem.
