NEW YORK -- Comments on the Indianapolis Colts by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

---

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (9)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 13) -- Just when the story couldn't get any better, it did by leaps and bounds. Congrats to coach Chuck Pagano and all the Colts.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 13) -- Inspiring season continues into playoffs, with Chuck Pagano back.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 8)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 9) -- Can the magic continue in the playoffs? I believe so!

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 9) -- The feel-good story of the year feels even better after Chuck Pagano returns and leads his Colts to victory in his first game back. #chuckstrong

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 8) -- Chuck Pagano is the only NFL head coach to go unbeaten this season at 1-0. Interim coach Bruce Arians put the Colts into position for a playoff berth with a 10-5 record filling in while Pagano was battling cancer.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 11) -- Memo to Macy's: Next time you push that "Believe" slogan, consider Andrew Luck, Bruce Arians and Chuck Pagano as spokesmen.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 12) -- The Colts managed to win 11 games despite allowing 30 more points than they scored.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 7) -- One of the greatest stories of 2012 continues with coach Pagano back on the sidelines and Andrew Luck playing like a veteran. Their run defense isn't always a playoff unit but they continue to find ways to win.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 9) -- What a story and what a season for the Colts and coach Chuck Pagano. Andrew Luck thrives in pressure situations and here come the playoffs.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 8) -- The Colts had two reasons to celebrate Sunday -- the return of head coach Chuck Pagano (leukemia) to the sideline and an 11th victory by soundly defeating AFC South rival Houston.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 9) -- In most years, Andrew Luck is a runaway winner for offensive rookie of the year. He might not get many votes this year.
