England to play Ecuador, Honduras in Miami
LONDON -- England will prepare for the World Cup with exhibition games in Florida against Ecuador and Honduras.
The Three Lions face Ecuador on June 4 and Honduras on June 7 at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, the English Football Association said Thursday. England then will travel to its World Cup base in Rio de Janeiro.
The final match for Roy Hodgson's team in England before the tournament will be against Peru on May 30 at Wembley Stadium.
England also hosts Denmark in an exhibition at Wembley on March 5.
