Remember when the word "bubble" didn't give you sports-related anxiety?
Oregon, Maryland and Florida, among others, may have their tournament hopes dashed tonight. But fear not, sports fans. Even if your team's bubble bursts tonight, there's still plenty of other terrific sports programming to help ease your pain.
NBA:
Cavs @ Wizards (8 ET, TNT)
LeBron and co. visit a Wizards squad that welcomes Caron Butler back from a hip injury. But after LeBron dropped 42 points and still lost last night's game against the Nets, Washington won't like King James when he's angry.
Warriors @ Suns (10:30 ET, TNT)
If Shaq hasn't assimilated to the run-and-gun offense yet, this game will be the true test. Look for the Diesel to put up a double-double … or have a heart attack.
NHL:
Kings @ Predators (8 ET)
Nashville, just two points back of the currently eight-seeded Canucks, desperately needs a win to stay in the playoff hunt. Good thing the Kings are in town.
Conference USA Tournament:
Tulane @ Memphis (7 ET, CSTV)
The Tigers are looking for their third-straight C-USA title. The Green Wave is just looking to keep it within 30.
Not technically a sport, but close enough:
American Gladiators (7 ET, ESPN Classic)
For purists, the NBC remake pales in comparison to the original. From the beautifully feathered hairstyles to the impossibly tight spandex and those ever-intimidating gladiator handles: Turbo, Gyro and Pyro.
