TRAINING TABLE: GIANTS RELIEVER BRIAN WILSON

Does this look like a guy who drinks 15 glasses of water a day? Because it is.
San Francisco Giants closer Brian Wilson is not a guy you'll find at Micky D's. The NL saves leader pays close attention to what he puts in his body, cooking his own food and trying to maximize energy, especially on game day. That's why he downs up to 15 cups of water and six to seven meals a day and devours 300-page books on diet and nutrition. We asked him to take some photos of a typical day's intake and tell us his thinking behind his eating.
Check out the photo gallery here. Bon appetite!
