"I lived at home until I was 20, and dinners are some of my fondest memories. My dad would cook this casserole, I'd dish it out for everyone, and we'd all sit and watch the game."

INGREDIENTS
One pound ground hamburger
Lemon pepper seasoning
Dried minced onion
One 12-ounce bag egg noodles
One 10≤-ounce can regular cream of mushroom soup
One 14€-ounce can sliced green beans
Four baked potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 350°.
2 Place hamburger in frying pan; sprinkle pinch of lemon pepper seasoning and pinch of dried minced onion on meat.
3 Brown meat, drain grease and set aside.
4 Cook egg noodles in pot of boiling water until tender; drain.
5 Put noodles, cream of mushroom soup and green beans in bowl and mix; stir in hamburger meat.
6 Pour contents of bowl into 9"x13" casserole dish.
7 Bake in oven for 12 to 14 minutes, to desired crispness.
8 Place a baked potato on each plate and slice open; spoon a serving of casserole over each one.

Serves four.
