No two ways about it: Adrian Peterson is a beast. (His nickname is "All Day," which seems fairly appropriate) As such, he's on the cover of ESPN's special Fantasy Football 2008 magazine (it's available all summer!) Running behind arguably the best O-Line in football, Peterson should post some monster numbers this year. We were lucky enough to catch up with him at the photo shoot for this cover.
