A SEASON IN THE STANDS:
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Want us to send you a video camera so you can chronicle your season? Read below.

What makes college football great? Tons of things; obviously, though,it begins with the students themselves.
ESPN The Magazine and its digital home, ESPNTheMag.Com, are looking for one (1) student from EACH of our Top 4 preseason schools: Georgia, Ohio State, USC, and Oklahoma.
Well, that's the plan now. Go to another school? Keep reading. We're always open to new opinions. Feel free to try and sway us!
What would your responsibilities be? You'd get a camera from us. Each week, you'd spend a few hours documenting the atmosphere surrounding your team, including your own thoughts on a video diary. Then, you'd send us the material. We'd piece it together to paint a portrait of a college football season through your eyes.
Interested?
Here's what you do: go to this website and upload a 1:00 or less video about yourself. Why should we pick you to represent your school? Remember, you only have a minute or so; do your best to captivate us.
At the same time, so we have your contact information, send an e-mail to us at editor.espnmag@gmail.com. Tell us you uploaded a video and let us know how to reach you.
If we're fascinated, we'll get in touch with you to discuss being part of a truly interactive experience.
SIDE NOTE: If for any reason you are having problems with the video upload process, post the video on YouTube and send us the URL to the above e-mail address. Put "A Season In the Stands" in the subject line.
As we said, the top four schools preseason was our original thought. Can we be swayed? Of course. Let 'er rip.
We'll be making decisions by August 24th.
