We're content to bask in the beauty of the Allegheny River; some choose instead to swim the entire thing.
A woman from Ohio recently completed a 325-mile swim of the of the Allegheny River. She swam an average of 6-8 hours per day and plans on rowing solo across the Atlantic Ocean in the future. Wow. If we make it to the gym twice a week, we consider it an accomplishment. Enjoy the links.
