We are not professional illustrators, but on the train the other day we had some legal paper and a nice pen and we couldn't stop thinking about the year in baseball. So engaging, we thought. We decided to come up with our own awards and started doodling (The Financial Times does occasionally get boring.) The result? Barry Zito, Dustin Pedroia, Jeff Kent; they've all got awards now.
